Search Property Information via Parcel Access
The Assessor’s new Parcel Access application provides for publicly available property information searches via an interactive map of San Bernardino County. Parcel Access is currently in Beta-release, and your feedback on the application would be greatly appreciated. Please note, ARC no longer processes special query requests. To send feedback, please email: ARCDLGIS@arc.sbcounty.gov. Parcel Access cannot be viewed on Internet Explorer. Please use Chrome or Firefox web browsers.
Search Property Information via PIMS Classic
PIMS allows you to search for property information based on parcel number and name. PIMS is hosted by San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder-County Clerk. Please note ARC no longer processes special query requests.
Parcel Quest Lite (PQ LITE)
Hosted by Parcel Quest, a property data collector for all 58 counties in California. Provides property information and document search capabilities and for a fee, may process special queries and bulk data reports.
Third party property information data collection services
Providers may include MuniServices, Core Logic, Data Tree, and Property Insight.For a fee, these providers may process special queries and bulk data reports.
