As our community continues to fight the spread of COVID-19, ARC is committed to providing services while keeping the public safe.
While we maintain most of our services by mail, email and phone, appointments are now available for marriage license and ceremony services, birth, death, marriage certificate requests, document recording and records research.
What to expect when you arrive for your appointment.
Only those receiving a service will be allowed into our office building by security personnel. For marriage ceremony services, only the couple and one witness will be allowed inside the building. All other individuals will be asked to wait outside.
We ask that customers self-evaluate for flu-like symptoms which may include cough, fever, shortness of breath. If you are not feeling well, please do not arrive to your appointment.
To help avoid large gatherings of customers in our waiting areas, a new check-in system has been implemented in our office. You simply check-in, wait outside or in your vehicle, and a notification will be sent to you once we are ready to serve you.
Mask/Face Covering Required
All San Bernardino County Government buildings, including ARC, require customers to use masks or face coverings when receiving services while inside.
To maintain physical distancing between you and our team, ARC staff are behind some form of protective barrier. We also ask that you maintain 6 feet of distance from others when possible. Floor markers and signage are located throughout ARC’s waiting areas to ensure proper physical distancing is maintained throughout your visit.
Additional hand sanitizing stations have been installed throughout ARC offices to be used by the public.
Please be aware that you must fill out an application for marriage license services and birth, death, marriage certificate requests prior to scheduling your appointment. To schedule your appointment, call our office at (909) 387-8306.
