Supplemental Roll #121 Signed and Delivered

SAN BERNARDINO, CA (May 8, 2020) – San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder Bob Dutton signed and delivered the 121st Supplemental Assessment Roll to the County’s Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector. Supplemental Assessment Roll #121 contains a total net assessed value of $2,759,234,130.

“The 121st Supplemental Assessment Roll for San Bernardino County has been signed and delivered to the Auditor-Controller/Treasurer/Tax Collector,” said Assessor-Recorder Bob Dutton.

State law requires county assessors to reappraise property upon a change in ownership or new construction to identify changes in assessed value that occur in the middle of a fiscal year, whether an increase or decrease. A Supplemental Roll is provided three times a year, in addition to the annual Property Assessment Roll. Supplemental assessments are issued on real property such as land, improvements, fixtures and taxable possessory interests, but do not apply to personal property or any property not subject to Proposition 13.

Property owners who are assessed are provided a written notice by mail from the assessor, as required by state law. Individuals wishing to see their personal assessed values may visit the Assessor’s website at www.sbcounty.gov/arc and click on the Online Services, Property Information Management System link. The public can also call the Assessor’s toll-free number at 1-877-885-7654.
